Chippenahm Carnival...I must admit that at first I was glad to see the back of it, but I am sure the town has enough people and business to get the Carnival back up and running.
I remember in the 80s it was called Chippenam at home week which finished off with the carnival procession. tI remember the Cycle racing along Hill Corner Road, Greenway Lane with a few 100 team cyclists taking part. surely its time to get the ball rolling again.
